1. Object
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of vinyl records and merchandise from The Wolf Den Studios (Nkowane Julio Mwansa EI) via wolfleanor.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Product & Pricing
Archival Nature: [LWXXX] is a singular, one-shot release limited to 300 units. By entering the Member Registry, the member acknowledges that no represses, re-issues, or digital streaming versions will be re-produced once the archive is closed.
Technical Specification: [LWXXX] is a direct archival capture with zero post-performance edits. The archive represents the final, unadulterated record of the session.
Prices: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.
3. Random Perks and Bonus Items
Random allocation: perks are inserted randomly into packages. Purchase does not guarantee the receipt of a bonus item.
Availability: the offer is valid only while stocks last.
No exchange: as these items are complimentary additions, their absence or specific nature does not constitute a defect and cannot be the basis for a refund, exchange, or claim.
Web exclusivity: the test presses are only available for orders placed directly through wolfleanor.com.
4. Ordering & Payment
Validation: Your order is considered final once payment is confirmed and you receive an automated confirmation email.
Payment: We accept major credit cards via Squarespace Payments and/or PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Origin: Orders ship from France.
Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Carrier: Worldwide shipping is executed via La Poste / Delivengo. Tracking is provided to the final destination for 43 major countries, and up to their border for all other destinations.
Customs Identification: In accordance with EU Regulation, all international shipments are processed under our EORI number: FR843472077.
International Duties (Non-EU): For orders outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA, Canada), the recipient is the Importer of Record. You are responsible for any local VAT or import duties applicable in your destination country.
Packaging: In accordance with Article L. 541-10 of the Environmental Code, we are registered in the national register of packaging market operators with Adelphe under the following unique identifier (IDU): FR481685_01IPMO.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
14-Day Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition: To protect copyright and recording integrity, returns are only accepted if the security seal on the protective PE sleeve is unbroken.
Law: Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, audio recordings unsealed by the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Breaking this seal constitutes a waiver of your right to return.
Costs: Shipping return costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Legal Warranties
As a French seller, we provide the Legal Warranty of Conformity (Art. L217-3 onwards of the Consumer Code) and the Warranty against Hidden Defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code).
Coverage: These warranties apply for 2 years from delivery. If your record is found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., excessive warping that affects playback or a pressing error), you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
Process: Please contact us at contact@wolfleanor.com with a description and photo/video proof of the defect.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer (e.g., scratches from playback, heat damage from improper storage, or accidental spills).
8. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, and content on this site are the exclusive property of The Wolf Den Studios. Any unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us for an amicable solution. If unresolved, you may contact a consumer mediator or the competent French courts.
